This recipe came to me by way of my lovely friend Jenny {and her Pilates teacher}. She and I are both watching our protein intake at the moment and, like most people, keen to cut out as much unnatural rubbish as possible. So when she sent me this recipe with all its clean eating loveliness I knew I had to make it. I almost rushed out to wholefoods straight away to get the ingredients but we already had some slightly naughty cake knocking around so I waited until this weekend.
